Basic Policy Towards Organized Crime

To ensure our business remains proper and secure, all JICN executives and employees comply with the following basic policy towards organized crime.

1. Organizational response

The entire organization, from top management down, will respond to organized crime by creating a clear rationale in the Code of Conduct and company rules, etc. We will also ensure the safety of our executives and employees responding to organized crime.

2. Cooperation with external specialist agencies

We always strive to cooperate closely with external specialist agencies such as the police, Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations, and lawyers.

3. Severing of business and other relationships

We will sever all relationships to organized crime, including business relationships

4. Criminal and civil legal response to incidents

We refuse improper requests from organized criminals, and where necessary take legal action from both a criminal and civil standpoint.

5. Prohibition of under-the-table deals and funding

We never undertake under-the-table deals with organized criminals. We also never offer funding to organized criminals.
